The Danbury Police Activities League has been organized for the purposes of providing, constructing, developing, acquiring, leasing, owning, operating, and maintaining a club, facilities and athletic and educational programs for boys and girls.
The Danbury Police Activities League shall be a charitable corporation devoted exclusively to educational, literary and charitable purposes; and the real and personal property of the League shall be used exclusively for carrying out the aforesaid purposes.
Membership and participation in the programs of this organization shall be open to all residents of the City of Danbury.
